Working with Ethan was nothing short of remarkable! We had an initial on-site visit where we talked through our ideas, and reviewed the overall topography of the lot. While we had a decently good handle on how we wanted the interior to function, we had no clue on the exterior. Ethan took our interior ideas and brought them to the next level (we were blown away) not to mention designing an exterior that was nothing short of a masterpiece. For the entire project, we worked primarily via Email due to our schedule, which couldn't have been easier. Ethan was very accommodating & responsive, not to mention helped us through several engineering requirements, including a steel moment frame for our "wall of windows". What's been truly amazing is having Ethan there for us long after the blueprints were done; as we've had questions along the way, he's been right there.
